Recruitment Policy

In addition, Black Box Consulting does not recruit candidates from its current client base. Black Box Consulting consider its current client base as clients with whom they have conducted paid business with in the past 12 months or discussed an opportunity, beyond general business development exercises, to use our services within the last 6 months. This policy does not expand to include the case where recruitment assignments are conducted on our behalf by Carroll Consulting Group or its NPA associates around Australia and New Zealand, where they conduct their own search exercises and a candidate is identified through this process. Black Box Consulting does not pass on any details of its current client base or its employees to Carroll Consulting Group or any of their associates.
